This Privacy Policy explains how Mobile IC Checker (the “App”, package
com.fliqgo.icdetector), published by Fliqgo (“we”, “us”),
handles information. Please read it carefully.
Mobile IC Checker works entirely on your device. It does not connect to the internet, does not require any account, and does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal information.
1. Information we collect
We do not collect any personal information. The App has no user accounts, no sign-in, and performs no network communication. We do not gather your name, email, phone number, location, contacts, device identifiers, or usage analytics.
2. Information stored on your device
To provide its features, the App stores a small amount of data locally on your device only:
- Recent scans — the IC part-number codes you look up, and their decoded result, are saved on your device so you can quickly re-open them.
This information never leaves your device and is never sent to us or to any third party. You can remove it at any time by tapping Clear on the “Recent scans” list, or by clearing the App’s storage or uninstalling the App.
3. Permissions
The App requests no sensitive permissions. In particular it does not request Internet, Location, Camera, Contacts, Storage, or any other runtime permission.
4. How the decoding works
All IC decoding is performed locally using a lookup database bundled inside the App. Nothing you type is uploaded or logged externally. The App produces results purely from on-device logic.
5. Sharing of information
Because we do not collect any information, we have nothing to share. We do not sell, rent, or disclose personal data to advertisers, analytics providers, or any other third party.
6. Third-party services
The App does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. If the App is downloaded from the Google Play Store, your download and installation are subject to Google’s Privacy Policy, which is outside our control.
7. Children’s privacy
The App is a utility tool suitable for general audiences and does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.
8. Data security
Since data stays on your device and is never transmitted, there is no server-side storage that could be breached. Data on your device is protected by your device’s own security (screen lock, encryption, etc.).
9. Your rights
You remain in full control of the locally stored data. You may delete it at any time from within the App or by uninstalling the App. As we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, or delete on our side.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
